Processing time for most orders is 1-2 days. All orders are shipped through USPS and shipping times vary based on the shipping option selected during checkout.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and a tracking number is provided, Cotton Creations LLC is no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of your package.  All mis-delivery (no delivery) or mishandling cases have to be addressed with the shipping carrier. Most carriers can be contacted through their website, customer service phone number, or their physical location to file a claim or open an investigation. 

If you did not receive your tracking number, please contact us using the "contact us" form on the website or email us at contact.cottoncreations@gmail.com and we'll be more than happy to provide the tracking information.
